Winlogon.exe using 99% of CPU
I have a IBM x31 that boots fine in safe mode. However in safe mode with networking or normal mode, right after entering the username and password and clicking on OK the machine becomes nonresponsive. There is hardly no activity on the hard drive regardless to what you do and Winlogon.exe is using 99% of the CPU. I've tried all of the accepted answers that I've found to no avail. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated. I have three machines that this is happening to and just want to find a fix before I get anymore in the same condition.
