windows xp keeps restarting
i poseted a question earlier about my windows xp restartin in loops, i cant even get to the desktop it wotn get that far. and now when i start it up all i get is a lil blinkin underscore onn the top left of the screeen i didnt make any changes to the computer at all. this is really gettiin annoying now anybody help!!!1
